Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

This policy explains the general shipping approach for BG Clothing orders. Exact shipping terms, carrier, destination responsibilities and delivery estimates are confirmed for each order.

1. Production and dispatch

Goods are prepared for dispatch after production, quality checks, finishing and agreed packaging are completed. A production lead time and a shipping transit time are separate stages.

2. Shipping method

Depending on the order and destination, shipments may use air freight, courier or other commercial freight options. The appropriate method depends on weight, volume, urgency and destination.

3. Delivery estimates

Transit estimates are not guarantees. Delays can result from customs, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, incomplete importer information or events outside the manufacturer’s control.

4. Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, destination taxes, brokerage charges and customs requirements depend on the destination country and agreed commercial terms. Buyers should confirm their importer obligations before placing the order.

5. Packaging

Garments are packed according to the agreed product and shipping requirements. Retail packaging and export protection may be specified separately.

6. Address accuracy

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate consignee, delivery and importer information. Additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be payable by the buyer.

7. Damaged or missing parcels

Report visible transit damage or missing shipments promptly with photographs and relevant shipment information so the case can be reviewed with the carrier.

8. Questions

For a shipment-specific estimate, contact BG Clothing with the destination, order size and required delivery date.
